Additional Class Information:
Lunch: We welcome parents to eat lunch with their children. Our lunchtime is 11:20-11:50am. If you are able to join us, please send me a note if you plan to purchase a lunch from the cafeteria so I can include you on our daily lunch count.
Recess: Students go outside daily (weather permitting) from 1:25-2:00pm. Please make sure your child is dressed appropriately. Children wearing flip-flops and backless sandals or shoes may not be permitted to use some playground equipment for safety reasons.
Lil' Buckaroo of the Week: Every child will have the opportunity to be the "Buckaroo" one time this year. Your child will bring home the Buckaroo information in their folder. Something special about your child will be featured each day, so please read the information carefully. Please help your child complete the Read About Me poster enclosed in the folder and help them gather materials for each day. The poster will be displayed on the class bulletin board featuring the Buckaroo of the Week.
Conferences: I will gladly schedule conferences at your convenience before 7:35am or after 3:00pm. Please feel free to call, email, or send me a note to schedule a conference. Official Parent Conference dates will be available in September, and I hope to meet with each child's parents at that time.
